Debt Review Termination

I am under debt review with a court order since 2010. I am paying my debt every month. I have a Standard Bank savings account whereby my salary gets pain into. From that account my bond and other debits are are deducted.
To my shock Standard Bank withdrew R 8862.00 on the 28/08/2013 from my savings account and paid it into l
Cheque account which is under debt review. I found out Saturday morning (31/08/2013) that the money was transferred between accounts. When i telephoned Standard Bank Debt rehabiltation on Saturday I was informed that Standard Bank Debt Review terminated my debt review and that money was part of the arrears and that I must phone dedt review depart. This was done without any notification. I was not not even notified about the transfers of funds. My home loan payment has bounced, my other debits have bounced. Additionally, I must pay for all the returns due to them. Additional the the cheque account 071711465 was approximately R71 000 in 2010 and today its over R141 000.00. I want my R8862.00 TO BE TRANSFERRED INTO MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT. I want an explanation to this. I am requesting Standard Bank top reinstate my debt review and the reconcile my account
