Magtape kept me on hold for 45min and more

Nedbank put me through to their magtape department. I was attempting to verify who debited my account. I waited for 45min all they saying that they apologise for the delay???!!!??? What service.. i finally hung up. What utter disgusting service. Find another bank. Maybe FNB?
