Hi,

I had a loan account with Standard bank - I was informed by my branch (Claremont) that the account was settled last year April 2012. As they deducted R2000 at once to close the account. Yesterday (31:01:2013) R1500 was deducted for the same account. I called into the call center this morning (01:02:2013) on 0860123107 and was on hold for 45min... then only to find out they can't assist me, I was then transferred to a other department and had to hold on for another 30min. Finally a agent spoke she did not listen to my request. When I asked to speak to the manager she informed me that the manager was busy he will give me a call back on my mobile number - it's been 45min and I'm still waiting. This is unacceptable!!!

This is bad customer service - I'm going to close this account as once as I will get better service from ABSA.

I want this sorted no later than today.
