UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS

Good day,

A debit order has been going of my account SAGEPAY? After inquiring with my bank Capitec I found out is was FNB I contacted them and was refered to their MAGTAPE DEPARTMENT 011 369 1400 when I phone the number it rings and then goes dead How will I get hold of the MAGTAPE department if they keep on putting the phone down? I need to know why a debit order of R99.99 is going of my account. I have also sent emails to FNB to no avail.
