Dont Care attitue and no service!

This is the first time I have used legal and tax and they have proved that there is no need for such a service as they are of no help at all. I logged a matter for assistance with legal and tax on the 6th of June and the consultant who was "suppose to be assisting me" has been of no assistance at all. On the 7th of June I was told that she needs to speak to her manager about the matter and then never heard from her again! no phone calls or emails. I leave messages for me to be called back and nobody calls back. Emails are always returned, it seems that emails don't work at legal and tax. It seems that legal and tax as a whole operates in an unprofessional manner and finds it too much of an effort to even provide feedback to clients who pay for such pathetic service let alone care about providing a service.
