Credit amount returned

Hi, i got paid an amount of R1550.00 from my employer for petty cash on the 3rd December.By my surprise, Nedbank (who is my bank) simultaneously debited my account for the amount of R1528.00. The result was that the company payment was used for to cover the R1528.00 which Nedbank debited my account with. The note on my statement says "UNPAID MAGTAPE ITEM". When i queried this, the call centre informed me that the amount debited is the same amount as the SARS tax refund i received on the 16th November and that they (nedbank) do not return credit transactions. They also told me that they do not know how this could have happened. I even checked with SARS and they are unaware of this. According to them, there's nothing wrong and the money paid to me was correct. Nedbank informed me that they will rectify the problem and get back to me yesterday by 12:00pm. I am still waiting and my account have not been credited with R1528.00.
