Lack of service, transfer debit orders, years late

Been with bank for close to 25 years, changed my savings account to PRESTIGE PLUS on banks recommendation, included in service was changing over of all debit orders, this was few years ago, since I have complained a second time, and still I have to see that sufficient funds are in both accounts, as debit orders are not all transferred, the account name should have been PRESTIGE F.U.
Today I am actually not going to see that there is enough funds in the savings account, and if Iget any negative record or costs for rejected debit orders, I will speak to an attorney, SBSA are useless!.

SHOULD I BE CHANGING MY SMALL ACCOUNT TO A BANK THAT WANTS TO GIVE SERVICE, ANY SUGGESTIONS OUT THERE... CAPITEC SEEMS TO BE THE ONE!
