PASSING THE BUCK!!

I had a edgards master card with an account policy attached then all of a sudden i get a new blue bean card from standard bank telling me they have taken over the edgards card. i am now getting retrenched and have been told i have no card protection even though i did have one with edgards master card. I have been told by blue bean to call edcon they say call blue bean, then i must call hollard no one can give me any information and just pass me around. I do not know what to do now because no-one wants to help me.
