I am a client of Nedbank and am disappointed on the poor serv ice delivery that I have received. I needed bank statements for my Visa application so I can submit today for my application. I specifically told the gentlemen that assisted me at the Glenwood branch. He acknowledged but gave me statements that are not compliant. It has NO letterhead... does not reflect my physical address at all? Today I drop them off and they are not compliant. I am NOW charged for these useless statements and will now at my inconvenience be recharged and will have to miss the deadline of my Visa application? I am not able to go and drop off theses statements as the nature of my job does not allow me to do so? I currently have someone else doing this for me. Nedbank you can help me by arranging correct compliant bank statements at no charge to me and go and deliver it on my behalf to this address.
