I have taken a car insurance with Standard bank/Hollard I am so dissapointed that I did not pay the premium for 01 June 2013 and I put in a claim for a Windscreen as they said they will recover two premiums end of June, I have not heard from them for the whole month and no one called to tell me if my claim was successful or not, I then cancell the Policy cause who needs such bad communication from an insurance I then see that they have taken the premium that was not paid and I called the call centre to reverse it and I get told it cannot be reversed cause I was covered if I had claimed it would have been processed, I was told I should have made it my duty to follow up with them regarding the claim and I am not happy with this what customer service is this, All I need is them paying back my money and I will gladly find a suitable insurance that has a better customer service
