Huge direct debit

A huge direct debit of R7500 was made against my account. I know that I still owe you some money but no one is contacting me so that we can make arrangements and when I go to my branch they just say that they can not help me in this matter. It is with legal and they can do nothing. I should wait for your call but no one calls, you just take my money and if I may say a huge chunck of it as well. How am I suppose to take care of my 3 year old son. I am single mom and times are tuff. Please I need that money back, I won't be able to make rent and buy groceries without it. A smaller amount would be fine. Please help me!!!
