Debit order again after several complains

This bank want me to go crazy, after I told them and the branch send them the papers that am unemployed they have deducted a huge amount of money on my account!
I told them am not refusing to pay but they must understand that I can only pay minimum amount, how am I suppose to feed my children and pay for my other accounts???

Karen Jonker told me the consultants will call me for further arrangements but no one did, I only received an sms on the 29 August informing me that my account will be deducted which I never had a problem with but not the amount they have deducted! I still have to eat and feed my children as I said before I never asked to be unemployed and no one is happy to be in debts!!!
