No positive feedback on termination of contract

It is with the great sadness that ever since i lodged the notice of termination of contract with the area manager of wesbank Mr. Albert Laubscher regarding the vehicle that i rejected some few weeks ago. it has been two weeks now and i am afraid that Wesbank will begin with monthly deductions of the vehicle tommorrow for something that i have terminated. Apparently Wesbank head Office they are not aware of my termination as Mr Albert Laubscher is delaying the process of termination. Currently the status of my account is open meaning deductions will take place for vehicle that i dont own. Mr. Albert assured me that everything is under control but he does not provide me with sufficient evidence to me to put me at ease. i would like Hello Peter to assist in making relevant follow up with Mr Laubscher regarding the termination as i need to move on with my life and start looking for another car. I feel that Mr laubscher is taking me for granted as customer. ever since he promised to pprovide me with the evidence of termination up until now. i have exercised my rights on the cooling off period to terminate the contract.
