Termination of wesbank Vehicle contract

My query is that i bought a vehicle of Golf 5 GTI DSG second hand car from Carzdotcom in vanderbiljpark through wesbank vehicle finance. Carzdotcom delivered the car to me in Mafikeng on the 28th of May 2013, on arrival the car had funny sounds on the engine which i enquired from the delivery man and he did not have any clue.i sent the car to bosch car service for diagnostic test where they detected so many defaults and mainly the gearbox i reported the matter to Mr. william bester he didnt take that well as he insisted that he send the car to me on the roadworthy condition but he never provided the roadworthy certificate up until now. Therefore i decided to terminate the contract as i am not happy with the car anymore, i lodged the termination of contract on the 01st of June 2013 with Mr. Albert Laubsher the Area manager of wesbank working with that dealeship.i exercised my rights as i had the cooling off period as per contract.
