Termination of contract

I bought a vehicle of Golf 5 GTI DSG second hand car from Carzdotcom in vanderbiljpark through wesbank vehicle finance. Carzdotcom delivered the car to me in Mafikeng on the 28th of May 2013, on arrival the car had funny sounds on the engine which i enquired from the delivery man and he did not have any clue.i sent the car to bosch car service for diagnostic test where they detected so many defaults and mainly the gearbox i reported the matter to Mr wiliam bester he didn't take that well as he insisted that he send the car to me on the roadworthy condition but he never provided the roadworthy certificate up until now. Therefore i decided to terminate the contract as i am not happy with the car anymore, Now that they have realised my decision they have tried to smooth me over by promising that they will fix the car of which i m no longer interested, finding out that i am not changing my mind on the termination as i am not happy they are threatening me that i will pay the cost of damages on the car i only used for almost two days and they are delaying the termination process. i would like hello peter to assist me from victimization. company Tel numbers :(0169337144) 0169337433
