Innhave been with them for almost 2 years

They didn't do anything to held me where i have paid them almost 2 years every month and i still didn't get feedback from them i wanted to close my admin account 3 months back was at there offices and got no feedback and they didn't even send no forms yet for me while I'm still waiting for there reply and still ain't getting any feedback from them till today don't no what a paid for cause they cant show me prove of what they paid but i have all my receipt and noting yet so I'm waiting for them now i really need help cause they don't help or communicate with me in anyway possible or feed back on whats happening
