Problem with Email Address

I would like to say that I am highly disgussed with Standard Bank which I have been a customer of theirs for about 14 years now. The problem I have experienced is that I never received my Cheque Card Statements No. 35 (16 Nov 2012 to 15 Dec 2012) and No. 36 (18 Dec 2012 to 15 Jan 2013) which I enquired about in January 2013. I phoned the call centre and they told me that my profile had no email address listed firstly. Then Claudelle contacted me and told me my emails were being sent to another email address which I have stopped using for more than a year now but when I checked this old email address there was no statements sent there. What I do not understand is that I have used my current email with the bank since November 2011 for over account statements which still get sent to me except for my Cheque account statement which has now been sent back to the old email address when I was assured that it had been deleted. I have sent an email to Standard Bank on 19 March 2013 and also contacted the call centre where Shamele has sent Claudelle an email to contact me and I have had no response and am tired of these ongoing problems. This is unacceptable.
