TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER UPGRADING CONTRACT

I received a call from Simphiwe Hlongwa around the 5th of June 2013 who informed that I was eligible for an upgrade. This agent, for unknown reasons, failed to advise me about the upgrade charge as well as other crucial information relating to Billing. I have been in contact with the call centre several times and the service I received was terrible. Agents were putting me on hold for long durations and even hanging up on me several times. It looks like no one gives a about you once you sign on the dotted line. When I eventually got hold of Simphiwe I asked him to log a request for me to have my upgrade reversed so that I can change to another service provider when my original contract expires but today (02/07/2013) Im being told that the reference number that Simphiwe gave me does not exist on the system!! To make things worse, it looks like they have sent a WRONG debit order for my bill!!
I would like MTN to reverse the upgrade with immediate effect!!! Im now fed up!!
