Good Day

i'm Banking with FNB for years now but I'm not happy with the way they are handling my complains.the following companies have been derbiting my personal account since the begining of january, i only realised on March that r99.99 was taken from my account. I reported the matter to the branch manager but it is still happening. today i'm going to close my account and open a new one. i have not received any report about how far is the investigation. ex- finity 031 3012702, 0787765054, Melcome Ref 859 another company is MDMT Marketing, Nel 0872310150, 54781902, another company is Stratocol and other companies. my account is . please help.
