Appauling Customer Service and illegal debiting

I used to pay my monthly account from my personal account and switched it to a company banking account many months ago and all was fine until MTN accidentally reverted to my original banking details with no instruction from myself and took one months payment from my personal bank. The account has been reverted back to the company but MTN will not refund me for their mistake and I am out of pocket of R700 odd. The way that I have been treated by the manager at canal walk is absolutley appauling. The company can not pay me back because they need an invoice from me and Mtn tell me I must go get my money from the company even though they have acknowledged this is their mistake. I have driven to Canak Walk 5 times due to lack of response from the manager himself. I have been with MTN for 10 years and never missed one payment. They illegally debited my account and have told me to basically get over it. I will continue to blog and create awareness of this incompetent company until they refund me and will make it my personal project to educate everyone I know about how MTN conduct business.
