Incompetence at FNB Three Rivers

I am a pastor at a church and I am also practising as a psychologist. My practise account is with FNB and from my personal experience with FNB I recommended that the church should open a banking account with FNB, as we are experiencing problems with our banker of more than 40 years. The appointment with a specific person has been made for Wednesday April 10, 2013 to open an account. When the financial manager of the church turned up at the branch she was told that this person was on lunch. Later the afternoon I complained and this person phoned to tell me that she was at a client. No matter the what the reason was, it is unprofessional not be at the bank if you have a appointment with someone. On Monday, while I was on a course I got an sms from FNB that my inContact details were changed. I phoned (ref no Rj13041513584) the help desk and the lady ensured me that my contact details was not tampered with. I went immediately on my personal profile on FNB online banking, just to discover that a new account was added. After another call to the help desk I realised that it was the account for the church which has been added to my personal profile. I am without words!!
