Wrong amount deducted from bank without permission

"A person from Creditworx contacted me at the end of March 2013, asking if they could increase my monthly instalment, that I have had all along.
I told the person to contact me in April, so that I can make sure whether I can afford it or not. I was waiting to hear what my annual increment will be. I never gave them permission to increase the instalment.
I usually paid R300 per month. This month they deducted R500 from my bank account. I cannot afford this. I'm very unhappy about this, can someone please assist me. " The above was my complaint place on the 25th of May 2013. I was informed via this site that this will be investigated and they will get back to me.
NO ONE contacted me, and the wrong amount was deducted again. Now I'm seeking legal advice and I'm going to report this to the Onbudsman.
