Unauthorized increase in monthy deduction

A person from Creditworx contacted me at the end of March 2013, asking if they could increase my monthly instalment, that I have had all along.
I told the person to contact me in April, so that I can make sure whether I can afford it or not. I was waiting to hear what my annual increment will be. I never gave them permission to increase the instalment.
I usually paid R300 per month. This month they deducted R500 from my bank account. I cannot afford this. I'm very unhappy about this, can someone please assist me.
