Creditworx approached me in 2011 about Truworths account. I was owing Truworths R841. We arranged an installment of R300 a month for Three months. Then I paid that amount through ABSA bank, and finished it. After that they disappeared until MBD attorneys contacted me about the same account. Now I wish to know why they didn't update my record with Truworths, because I paid all the amount we agreed upon. I still have the Bank deposits and the account numbers they gave me to support my statement.
