NO SERVICE!!! SIX MONTHS WAITING FOR MY CAR!!!

On the 16th of January they collected my car for water damage repair to Port Elizabeth. After 100's of calls to Outsurance, Top Line Panel Beaters and Algoa Toyota, I'm still waiting for my car FOR 6 MONTHS!!!

This is ridiculous and unacceptable!!! I have tried and tried to get in touch with ANYBODY at Outsurance to assist me with this matter, but to no avail!!! When I phone all I get is an answering machine telling me to leave a message, but the machine won't allow me to leave a message.

The one time I did get through and asked for a e-mail address to contact a consultant, I was told they are not allowed to give me any addresses.

CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CONTACT ME!!!
