I live in Grahamstown and am told they do not have an assessor here to assist with evaluating the damage to my car. When i asked if they could send an assessor to me they said i need to go to EL, Port Elizabeth and Port alfred. These advertisments where they BEND OVER backwards for their clients is nonsense! I am being inconvenienced. Will outsurance pay for my petrol and for a day's leave for me to go and have my car assessed? I am not happy at all!

Anyone else with bad service?
