Outstanding service

I was recently in an unfortunate position to register an insurance claim for one of my motor vehicles that has been written off in an accident. I stay in Tanzania which is around 4 000km from South Africa & my daughter, who is a student in Pretoria, used the vehicle in SA. Due to the distance & contact barriers, I thought that it is going to be a very frustrating and lengthy process... BUT DO NOT BELIEVE THAT!!! Not with Mr. Carel Nortje in control of the process!! Not only did he handle the claim in a prompt & efficient manner but finalized it very quickly and successfully! I was regularly kept informed (in a very friendly manner) about the progress of the claim and the process was very clearly explained to me. I really enjoyed excellent service especially in a time where it is truly very hard to find! Mr. Nortje also arranged for my tracker to be removed from the wreck (with me being in a foreign country) truly exceptional service that left me breathless!
