5 months this is pathetic

It is completely unacceptable to wait for a car for 5 months even though Outsurance guarantee that you always get something out and brag about their outstanding service. I have been waiting for my car for 5 months to be repaired and i just went to the panel beaters and saw the car and it had no headlights or bumper and looks horrible. After being notified 3 times that i can come and collect the car (I have saved the messages and have taken photos) the car was not even close to being ready. I have spoken to several people that has promised me a lot but all of those were empty promises. I have asked to speak to Mr Ernst Gouws i was just put through to his secretary and nothing further has come of it. I have been paying a premium for a car that is standing at the panel beaters that is unacceptable. Please can Mr Ernst Gouws please contact me and no one else because looks like everybody else can help me to get any reaction from the panel beaters.
