Insurance claim - damage to boundary wall- Ms Penn

I have reported a damage to my boundary wall to my underwriters Dial Direct, the person handling my claim was Ms Verna Penn. She has been brilliant from start to finish. It would be unfair on my part, to let this experience go pass unnoticed and also fail to express my appreciation and gratitude to her and the Dial Direct.

Ms Penn, had made the processing of my claim a pleasant experience and painless. In the past I was linked to a few highly recognized underwriters but I can state very confidently that Dial Direct and Ms Penn are a cut above the rest. She was very positive and professional when conducting her business and never failed to keep me fully informed on the progress which is an excellent feature. Her knowledge of the subject matter was exemplary and not to forget her telephone mannerism which need commending. She is a true ambassador for her employers. Well done, keep up the excellent work.
