Service From - I hate FNB service

From the complaint I send two weeks ago of lact of response for Smartphone devices a consultant by the name of Mbali Mbetse contacted me and apologised for the bad service I had received that after applying for he device on the 26th of Feb no one actually did anything afterwards. The orderwas done telephonically and completed and was informed later later it has been approved as af 8 April and that I should await delivery between 7 - 10 days latest 19 April 2012. This morning when I call FNB them to follow up the gentlemen (Thapelo Malokoe) I spoke to tells me I did not meet my quota for Monthly deposit in Jan and Feb and the order has been delayed and secondly he couldnt find my order on the system. This is suprising as in Jan I had deposits over R35k and in Feb as well deposits of well over R40k made into my account when the minimun should be R16500.00. He tells me that they called me last week tuesday and when I say I called back he says he doesn't see that on the system. REALLY!! Does FNB really knows what they are doing here. This goes back to 26 Feb 2013 already and I am still going back and forth.
