I would like to thank Dial Direct call centre for their 5 STAR service. It's the first in time in my 15 years driving experience that I am involved in an accident. When calling dial direct the person I dealt with was Mishqa she was friendly, concerned, very knowledgeable about the claiming process and very professional. It was my and first call to dial direct after that she kept me update with the whole process explaining everything in a professional manner and even called back to check if the curtsy car I collected was up to standard.
