Disgusting Service

Hi there

I have in the last week been looking for life cover ; funeral cover as well as retirement policies and I contacted clientele life regarding this

To date I have had people call me regarding these and the service received is absolutely pathethic!!

Upon asking for information the consultants where not only rude and didn't want to answer they proceeded to put the phone down on my ear.

Now I just had a consultant call me about funeral cover and I am so disgusted at the way clientele treats its potential customers.

Your consultant who not only didn't speak in a professional manner was downright rude because I didn't want to give my banking details over the phone.

And also when I asked about what documents would be sent and what should I do if anything was captured incorrectly as he was spelling the information requested incorrectly.

Your consultant then became insulting and when I asked to speak to a manager or a team leader he said no and would no transfer me and then slammed the phone down on me.

Well I just wanted to say thank you for the great service received to date. I will be sure to spread the word about how much clientele life values their customers and poten
