Account being debited on incorrect day

I am disgusted that yet another month Nedbank just do what they want. I have a loan through them and the SIGNED LEGAL contract states that the debit order is to be taken on the 29th of the month. My salary gets paid on the 25th of every month.

The big wonderful question is... WHY DO NEDBANK TRY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ON THE 21ST???

This is illegal especially when there is a signed document in place!

This is also NOT the first time they have pulled this stunt! Upon calling them, they stated that they changed the date to fall in line with my salary date... um... I GET PAID ON THE 25TH!!!
