Arrogant Manager that does not want to help

I called the manager of Outsurance yesterday (28/01/2013) to ask for assistance of a claim. Instead of trying to help me or give me solutions, she was arrogant. She insulted me and raised her voice. She went into my personal business that has nothing to do with her. She told that NORMAL PEOPLE WILL UNDERSTAND so what she meant is that I'm not NORMAL. She has no people skills and cannot believe Outsurance can hire such a person to work with their clients.
