Dont want to pay out

My husband has been calling Alex Forbes trying to get his RA pay out, he speaks to the supervisors who promise to call him back and never do and no one can explain why they are not paying him out. Why is he given the run around with his money??? I'm very disappointed, this is bad service at it's peak. Someone please tell him what's going on ref#CAS-362543-Y5R5V3
