Extremely poor service and arrogant consultants

After my 'accident' on the 4th July I was really hoping for a pleasant claims experience. I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences since I lodged the claim. I have been laughed at by the assessor, the consultants are argumentative insisting that they are right, they have only today decided to approve the repairs on the bumper (thankfully), I have been hung up on, emails are not returned, called rude and disrespectful and to top it all off, Discovery Insure lost my car! My fiance and I had to phone tracker (C Track - who are very good by the way), to find it and drive out to make sure that it was actually ok! I have never spoken to the person - Khanyisile - actually assigned to my claim and the Team Leader, Suleiman, who I spoke to yesterday came across as arrogant insisting he was right when I had proof that he was wrong that the assessors didn't know to assess the car!
