LISTED ME ON 30 DAYS ON MYTRANSUNION

I have just been notified by mytransunion that I have been listed as outstanding a payment on my bluebean credit card for over 30 days. This is ridiculous as the payment has been made as reflected on my monthly statement.

This is not the first time this has occurred, the last time the accounts department who listed it falsely cost me to not get car finance. This time I wont accept it. It either gets removed or I will be taking civil action. I will also be closing this account now as it has become too much of a liability to me.
