Foschini listed me on ITC without informing me!!

I have had this account since 2008 and always had it paid on time. The past two months I accidentally paid a few days late. The one month a paid a portion of the installment as it had accumulated interest. I now need to apply for finance with a bank and what do you know..I am listed on ITC. I am now highlighted as a high risk over a very small amount. I have requested for a settlement letter to confirm the status of my account... but I have to wait 3 working days to get a lousy letter.

I did not skip the payment entirely... I was not even made aware that my credit record is being listed on the ITC!!!

I am closing this account!!
