Still waiting for the response

I am still waiting for the response from the rude consultent who constantly told me that she doesnt know and there is absolutely nothing she can do for me about my suspended account

please tell me its the department who is supposed to help with this that busy that its almost two weeks waiting for the response and there absolutely no answer or whatsoever?

can somebody at real people tell me what is customer service? do you even know what is the meaning of that because this is the second complaint here at hello peter and still there is no response
i cant wait for to come back to get help, i mean its not like i committed or something

please tell me when will the account be activated or is it going to be activated? please its not coming back anytime soon so its obvious that you will have to assist me as a client

can somebody please tell me whats going on?

and please teach your consultants customer service and tell Nala to stop ignoring client s phone because its her duty to assist us.that why she is hired in the first place
