IM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE

I'm still waiting for a response regarding the debit order of the funeral cover i want cancelled and the funds reversed back into my account. This absolutely disgusting that i have to wait but yet u cudnt wait to debit my account can someone please get back to me regarding this. This rubbish i must say.
