What a Joke!!! Still waiting!!!

I got a response from Vanessa da Rocha last week Wednesday 15th May very apologetic and she would get someone to follow up urgently. Guess what? I'm still waiting and waiting and waiting. Is this not typical? Donna Claire have absolutely no customer service I should have guessed after giving them a chance in the first place when I phoned their "CUSTOMER SERVICE" on 0219374479 a couple of times asking for someone to help me and they did not have the decency to phone back. I will keep posting my complaint on Hello Peter every five days until they call me back so let's see how many I need to send in.
