BAD SERVICE- NO FEEDBACK-NO SENSE OF URGENCY!

After reporting my matter on Hello Peter three weeks ago, i had phone calls in three days from Iwyze claims managers and their assessor promising to look into the matter so it can be resolved as quickly as possible. It had been three month since the claim was registered (6th February 2013) However my matter is still not resolved and sadly I still haven't heard anything from Gordon Maeta -Claims Manager, Roy Wilson-Claims Manager nor Tian van Niekerk-Assessor after the promises they made telephonically end of May 2013.
The fact that premiums are still being deducted yet the service i'm paying for is not satisfactory it's sad, i have referred two clients to the same company in the past three weeks and now realize I've made a big blunder. I shouldn't have, if they can't sort out my claim as an employee of Old Mutual selling Iwyze what more people who are not employees but new customers of Iwyze?
I wish somebody somewhere at Iwyze offices could take the initiative to update me on what is happening and way forward urgently. I need my car fixed asap. No empty promises, I pay my premiums and refer new clients for iwyze's good rates, i deserve good service from Iwyze.
