Charge for service but do not deliver on service

I made a EFT transfer and ask for a confirmation to be sent via email but it was not been sent to my client I did phone support about four times but only real response I got was that The IT is not available nobody is there I have to wait till next day after 12 PM before they will be able to assist.

What is purpose for confirmation to be sent if it does not get sent and when you phone to get sorted out they tell you they cannot assist meaning if you do online banking make sure it is in business hours after four PM no more assist. But you will be charge for after 4 PM
