I am just another customer who has paid my extended warranty in advance, and got nothing for it..

The problem I've noticed with most other complaints on HP is that Warranty Solutions have worded their contract so expertly, that the general public will never notice that their being done in, until its too late.

I took out the most expensive cover from WS, for 24 months, as well as the wear and tear restriction waiver, and felt pretty confident that if anything should happen it will be covered.

Well, I had to pay for my own clutch repair of R16 000.00 because WS are masters with wordplay...

My clutch went due to wear and tear, however the wear and tear waiver only kicks in when there's FAILURE of a component... If you're clutch went due to normal wear and tear, sorry you pay your own clutch... I ask you, whats the purpose of an extended warranty then, and more important whats the purpose of a wear and tear restriction waiver?

If you take insurance though these guys, you better get your contract read by a - artist... He should pick up all the loopholes.

Not mentioning the bad attitude of Mark..One can hear he's used to informing people that they will not be covering the claim
