Rejection of claim and bad service / attitude

My car has been assessed by 2 technicians &service centres & both told me there is a mechanical failure and that the pressure plate of my clutch is collapsing / collapsed. They expressed that it is in fact a mechanical breakdown and NOT wear and tear. I am fully aware that wear and tear happens on a clutch. When putting the claim through the SA Warranties staff put it as wear and tear. The service centre called them back to confirm it is not wear & tear and that it is a mechanical failure. I have been on the phone to the claims dept and they said they would send an assessor. On speaking to a claims manger today I was told that it is how I drive the car and control the clutch and, that no matter what they will not look at it as mechanical failure. When I asked about the assessor he said everyone at SA Warranties is qualified & they don't need to see the car and will not look further in to the claim. On all instances of calling in the staff have been rude and condescending and left me highly irritated and having to raise my voice. They flat out refuse to assist. They hide behind the policy wording and their "qualified" assumptions. I am sorely let down and without transport
