CASH OUT ON A POLICY

On the 04/06/13 made a phone and spoke to Mbali reason was to put a hold and cash out on the policy as i could not pay for 6 month because I'm going on maternity.waited for a respond on that till today, have been following up everyday speaking with different people every time is a different story.

Friday at last i got hold of some who advise that the form Mbali send to me was incorrect as i need to fill in a new form, i was angry as she advise that for payment and everything to be done will take 5 working day still waiting for her to call me today and advise nothing is happening... have a similar policy with OLD MUTUAL never one's i had a problem like this at all

they suppose to be helpful and if they say they will phone or send an SMS that must be done bot promise client it will be done and nothing is happening

i have to speak to someone Senior every time they transfer me they cut the call, they are call centre service is horrible i will never open another policy with them at all
