Claim issue/ Policy issue

Im so annoyed with aforbes, bad advise which was given to me, now i sit with of not being to claim. I queried my policy and the sales consultant was suppose to call me to sort this out. I have issues with a forbes. Specially for the fact that i wanted the woman platinum policy which could have prevented this from happening. I was told that i will cost me lots however the policy is a better policy but im covered the same as the platinum to my suprise i am not as handbag cover is not included upon claiming. I m seriously annoyed and . i DONT HAVE A PHONE AS ITS AND IM TOLD THIS... im not sure how you will get hold of me but someone needs to call me to sort this out.
