Stinking Service from such a huge company

I took a policy with Liberty Life. I am only 27 years of age and the person selling me the policy said I can add all the children under the age of 23 in my household.

When the policy got to me, I saw that all the other people expet myself and my mother were reflected as children. I called them to inquire if these children are supposed to be my children, some said "Yes" and my next question was "How on earth can a 27 year old have a 21 year old child? " I asked if their system does pick those things up or not and they claimed they do.

Now I have called them to add extended family members from the month of Dec. First they say they have a turn around time of 5 working days but for me now, it's over 30 days and the changes have not been effected. They have sent me an authority form to place debit orders on my account and the as well, they have pre-entredthe incorrect amount.

Their service really stinks. I would advise people to go to Old Mutual, they may be a, little more expensive but their service is excellent.
