27.5.2013 an ABSA ATM swollowed my card, tried to withdraw R200. Immediately phoned to cancel my card. On 5.6.2013 went to The Reds branch to collect my new card. Logged a complaint same time about the R 200 from 27.5.2013 still not back in my account. Was told turna round time is 48 hours. Also aksed to have unauthorised debit order reversed - turn around COB same day. The next morning I phoned re the d/o not returned yet. Lady I dealt with not in - no one new what to do. What?! It took me screaming like a mad person to a manager on the other side to have that resolved (second time this happend with the same branch) On friday 14.6.2013 i had to AGAIN follow up with The Reds about the R200 still not being reverted back to my account. Got a phone call this morning, they new since Thursday 13th that they logged the request with the incorrect department. Was given number to phone - INCORRECT no and told to resolve myself. Pls close donw The Reds, costing clients more to follow up than driving to another branch. Overall the service from FNB is really "How can we NOT help you?! " No one wnats to help - you always have to fight before getting ANY service!!!
