I made an application on 2013/05/09 with the Sandton Cell C branch. I was notified that there may be a delay due to stock. They did however produce my phone on Monday thus no issues with the Sandton branch who provided excellent service. The issue started when I went to the Reds Mall Cell C on 2013/05/14 who advised that they do have stock of my phone and if I had my ID and proof of residence I would receive the phone the same day upon making an application. On that note, I made an application with the Reds mall Cell C. The device or sim card where not given to me and still I have not received my device or sim card. My number was ported on 2013/04/14 and still I did not receive a device or sim card. I requested for a cancellation due to being mislead and now they have advised that the cancellation takes a month. This is rather inefficient and a total lack of customer service received by Reds Mall Cell C and now it seems as though the paying customer needs to pay the price. I would appreciate if someone senior could contact me as I am a rather irate who is being given the run-around by Reds Mall Cell C.
